Mental Health Collection
My Mental Health collection is a deeply personal body of work, exploring my experiences with anxiety and navigating the world as a neurodivergent artist within largely neurotypical spaces. It reflects feelings of social unease, health anxiety, and the persistent sense of not quite fitting in.
Through my illustration practice, I use art as a cathartic tool: an outlet to process and express emotions that can often feel overwhelming, from angst and apathy to fear, depression, and panic. Using detailed linework, patterns, lyrical words, and mixed media, I translate these internal experiences into visual forms that sit between the personal and the universal.
This collection is both a means of self-expression and a way of making the invisible visible, opening up space for vulnerability, honesty, and connection.
